Step 1: Compile the following defect information:

Step 2: Send the defect information from step 1 to the following address, based on user type and configuration type:

  • If you are a Lenovo employee needing help with an Intelligent Cluster configuration: Send the defect information from step 1 to salesconfig@lenovo.com
  • If you are a Lenovo employee needing help with a General Purpose configuration or a Lenovo Converged System for Infrastructure configuration or if you are NOT a Lenovo employee and you need help with any configuration: Send the defect information from step 1 to your local Lenovo Coverage / Representative.
